Without a doubt one of the best iterations in this series of games. Takes some of the best elements from the series' history and melds them into a modern and original addition to this revered franchise. A must play for both long time fans and newcomers to the series.

A wonderful tactical strategy game that does justice to the Battletech series and lore. A rewarding experience no matter your playstyle or approach. If you already liked anything about Battletech, you're bound to like this piece of gem. However, it's not only a game for Battletech enthusiasts as it is a wonderful strategy game on it's ow and should be particularly commended for that.

The only negatives I can mention are that it might have been visually stronger and personally I'd enjoy seeing more of the omnimechs of the Battletech universe like the Mad Cats or Vultures.

One of the most original games I've played in my life and I've played A LOT of games in my life since the early 80s. It's all about the story here which is extraordinarily told through various experiences. Anything more about this game would be a spoiler so I won't say more. Highly recommended.
