Everything a great indie game should strive to be: a niche idea fully explored and well executed.
While the game isn't perfect, the game mechanics are fully fleshed out and the story is surprisingly developed and engaging. The combination of relaxing cleaner simulator with morbid situations the main character encounters leaves a distinct and memorable feeling during play-through. Call it anxious relaxation? Zen dread?

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the 22 hours I put into it; and looking forward to a sequel or DLC content.

Restored my faith in multiplayer AAA games. A total blast.

It's really great. Lots of fun if you enjoyed SWAT back in the day. Hope they keep developing it and further enhance single player too.

Hi, you have to check out this game. It's the most innovative shooter I've played in years.

HOW TO PLAY HITMAN

1 - Wait 24 hours after launch, server connectivity issues no longer a problem after 12 year old vloggers make their unboxing, tutorial, walkthrough, let's play, and review videos, then promply return to their medal of duty: hardlines playing and never pick up this game again

2 - Run the Benchmark, if your card can't run it smoothely at max settings, turn the settings to "MEDIUM" <-- important step sometimes people forget how PC gaming works especially if you're coming from a console

3 - Launch the game.

4 - Before starting the tutorial, go to the gameplay settings and turn off all the in-game help and assists. You don't need them, seriously. Figuring stuff out on your own is kind of the point of the game.

5 - Now play the first episode of the best hitman game ever made.

6 - Cross your fingers that future episodes will be at least as good.


There. It's not as hard as these other reviews make it seem.
