GOTY. Enough said I guess.

On a serious note. Fantastic storytelling, amazing fighting mechanics, and for sure enough fighting to claim the previous statement.

If I really dig deep to find something to complain about, then I have to go with the secrets being, well, SECRETS. Sometimes it felt that the secrets were almost impossible to find, without some sort of guidance at least.

Will give this one a solid 5/5. Could even say, that the game is worth every penny, even at full price.

Controls were a bit clunky. The story was mediocre before the ending, but when all the plot twists opened, it became very interesting. 10 hours of game time more or less. It is an old title after all, so I won't give it too much crap. Solid game, 6/10

Alright. First of all, if you'd like to play this game, I wouldn't recommend purchasing it at full price. There simply isn't enough "bang for the buck". On the other hand, if you manage to grab this during a sale, by all means go for it!

Excellent graphics, soundtrack is superb, level design is clever and playing the game itself isn't very difficult.

I recommend playing with a controller, and so does the game as well. I give this one a solid 7/10. Some playable moments or even cutscenes after the ending would've been great.

If you plan to play this game without any knowledge about this series, you are sh*t out of luck. On the other hand, if your mate is planning to play this game, go get your beverage and snacks, and enjoy the show, because your friend will experience literal hell on earth.

The game itself? It is amazing. The combat is way better from what it was back in the first Dark Souls. Boss mechanics are smarter, and the feeling that you get when you finally smash through that brick wall that you've been smashing your head against to for days, well, it is just fantastic.

If you have the willpower to push through tough enemies again and again after countless tries, then this is you game. 5/5.

Old but gold. Fight mechanics are a bit clunky, but overall a very pleasant experience.
