Hello, i ve read your comment in the TWW III SFO Grimhammer mod section. I had similar problem with the army cap. I wasnt able to disable then aswell. I assume you still need a fix, so the problem is based on a old campaigne savegame from version 5.0.0 or 5.0.5. You should be able to fix it with this mod:
