The performance has issues, however, the game is still solid. I have a fairly weak computer, however, I am able to hit frame rates where the game is playable (30+ fps). If you don't look at that, the game has solid new features, great idea and base concept. They improved most of the things from the first game, and changed some for the better. It feels easier to plan, improve existing parts of the town, and also feels like you are actually planning.

In summary: I am glad I bought it, since I can enjoy it in the current state. And I know It will get better, they will fix a lot of stuff. They are known for the years of support and caring for their community, and I am glad that I am finally able to play it.

Its the best co-op game since the last three years
