This game is more sensationally immersive than most VR games I've played. The trailers make it look out of control when the game is really quite simple while going to great lengths to communicate your surroundings to you. The training mode goes quick and is an incredible introduction to show you that the game is a few simple ideas with easy controls thrown into a kaleidoscopic crucible of hell. I've never felt flow-state like this in any video game with BPM: Bullets Per Minute as a surprisingly distant second. Highly addicting. Runs last 30 seconds, reset in less than 1, and I accidentally play for hours more than I intend.

This game is very neat and a creative idea. The gameplay is smooth and there's never any complaining about hitboxes. It plays well and can be played casually hopping in and out of matches or more seriously with lots of potential for tactical strategy.

The battle builder adds a bit more depth to this game and there are some very good maps out there. The tools provided feel really good too making map making an easy and enjoyable experience.

All of this said, there isn't much depth to the gameplay and I don't think it's worth $15. By all means, grab it if it goes on sale, but it could use more variety in the game. It's simple and has a great core but not much else.
