Mechabellum dev GIGACHAD

Since bug report couldn't be submitted when my mate tried it, here's a feedback : he mistakenly surrendered in a 2v2 game when wanting to open options.
Please, consider adding not only a confirm for the player using surrender, but also for the mate. #Mechabellum
