This is a great 4-player co-op game to play with people that you know. If you want to pull off heists in a stealthy and professional way, teamwork and communication is key.
The "classes" each have some good and valuable perks and skills for the team, but you will be able to get the talents and perks from multiple skill trees if that is what you wish. All that requires is a lot of XP and money.
The reward system in the game is okay. Besides the money you get, which is determined by difficulty and how well you did, you get to pick a random reward at the end of a job. This can either be in the form of a mask, costumization options for masks, weapon attachments or a small extra cash reward.

All in all this is a fun game to play with friends, but it still has some kinks and bugs that needs to be adressed. But the developers are very user-oriented and have been updating the game religiously.
