A few things stand out about this game;

The gameplay: The game is FUN. Like nostalgia reminiscent of the prime Halo 3 days good.

The story: This is a living game, the narrative changes WEEKLY.

The community: Never have I ever played a game with a more dedicated community that values teamwork while still being chalkablock full of awesome goofballs.

The devs: Arrowhead kicks ass. Their devs and PR folks are so focused on making the game awesome and pumping out good work. I hope the world takes a lesson from these guys.

The graphics: For an old graphics engine, this game is crazy good looking. I don't know how they do it.


Game crashes on my hulking, overpowered desktop ten seconds into launch pretty much every time. Not a single thing the community suggested has fixed it. But I thankfully have a laptop and it runs fine on my significantly punier laptop lol. Still, I have no complaints.

10/10, love this game.

I must have had a stroke and forgot how keyboard layouts are supposed to work because this game is the opposite of intuitive. Looks fun though, will leave a different review when I've got my controller hooked up in the future.

I love the game, but if I were to make changes to it they would be as follows:
- Please for the love of all things good, give us a break when we get killed. Even if i't just sixty seconds to rebuild or something. I'm tired of respawning and putting on my first or second block only to see that way in the distance, my base is getting wrecked or that an enemy is zooming straight at me.
- Allow us to have some falling momentum (press a direction key while in the air) out of build mode (when you're levetating). This way if we get trapped on an object on our base, we don't have to tear up the base to get unstuck.

Otherwise, the game is fun, unique, and doesn't have many bugs for the stage of development it's in.

Age of Chivalry is completely free and it can actually be a lot of fun! It is kind of an older game so you only have the people left who know what they're doing so it is hard to learn, but it is definitely worth downloading and trying out! Also, let me know if you want to try it out with somebody who knows kinda wha they're doing.
