Initially, I gave this game a thumb up cuz I need more battle brother. But now I have to change it to a thumb down.

It has gorgeous graphic, exhilarating battle, intense boss fight, impactful weapons, and great with friends.

BUT that's if you can play it with friend. The game have numerous connection problem, make it next to impossible to play with another friend, let alone two friends. And in the last few days, I have been unable to launch the game to play ALONE, because the game keep giving me "lost connection to server" crap.

I tried the game, but there is absolutely no sound during anything but pre-rendered cutscenes. There is no sound in combat, conversation or anything else.

Not recommended for now. Maybe in the future.

This is an incredible work that you should buy and watch to have an insight into Valve.

The only reason you should not play this game is when you don't want to play masterpieces.

The game crash so much. Also, I got disconnected from Bethesda server multiple times, during mission, when my stream to YouTube is still happening.

The gameplay is solid though. I hope they will improve the technical aspect of the game and smoothing the server problem.

Turn away, now. Save yourself from this greedy publisher.

I don't have much time on Steam, because I'm playing it using the publisher's own launcher a long time before it come on Steam. But I have multiple top tier ships and a lot of other "high end" stuff (T9 premium ship, legendary captains, permanent camouflage...). The way Wargaming managing the game was fine during my first year, but since my 2nd year (2018) until this moment, they are going further and further down the scummy path.

What scummy path, you ask? False advertising "this ship can be earn for free" then slapped the player across the face with an inhumanly grind that normal people would take a few months to one year to finish, but they condensed the grind into 28 days. Releasing OP ship for cash money, sell it, then remove that ship because it's too OP and bad for game balance, then put that ship in a loot box and use that ship OP-ness (as well as many other OP ship that were removed earlier) to advertising that loot box. Trying to release an outrageously bad ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (search "naval training center" if you want to know more) and only backed down when an outrage happened, but that could be just an anchor to release another bad ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because it's "not as bad as previous one". And more, I just don't bother remembering them all.

The gameplay is still fine, though. So there is that.

I'm lucky because I can start and play the game without any problem. No crash whatsoever, despite some error in UI and button prompt. So, if you are also a lucky guy, buy this game because it's worth it.

I grabbed the game in the last hour of Steam Summer Sale, and after two hours I considered calling in sick the next day to play more. That should tell you how interesting this game is.

Just played the game for the first time without knowing anything about the Switch version (I purposely avoided reading about it). The game run smoothly (duh, it's using 16 bit graphic) and I haven't met any bug yet. The control scheme is still designed for a controller, but workable on keyboard/mouse. Japanese voice is a huge plus for me.

My first character is Ophilia, and the first boss handed my ass to me a few times until I decided to play it safe and buy boatload of healing item and stuff them whenever possible instead of saving them for maximum effect. The game's combat feel deep and tactical enough to present challenge, especially the BP system will reward you when you use it to break the enemies' defense, stun them and get some free attack.

I recommend it IF you can stomach the extremely high price. Still want to play more, but my brain need some sleep right now.

The game have potential, and I hope it will be better.

Pros:
+ I love playing defensive in RTS, so this is a big plus.
+ You get to actually build up your base. Not much game let you do this nowaday.
+ Going out and exploring is important, and it force you to split up the army, make you think harder about where to go, what to get, when to do it.
+ Make enemies exploding into bits and pieces are fun.
+ The useful pause let you have enough time to think, plan and micro your unit if needed.
+ Coop is super fun.

Cons:
- Boring desert setting. Need more biome to play in.
- High difficulty if you are not familiar to the genre.
- Where is my story mode?
- Graphic is so-so, not bad but feel a bit dated.
- Putting out fire is annoying.
- Unit's AI need improvement.

Lastly, where the hell is princess Yasmela? I need the rewards she promised.
