He didn't kill the chopper, it was exactly how we left it when I got there. also, I used scrap metal to repair the avionics and tail rotor, but for some reason the control were all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up where when I pitched forwards, it would go forwards then try to stablize itself level again so I couldn't move with the thing, ended up hitting a tree when I pulled it in to land, the chopper survived but I need to repair the avionics, main rotor, and engine again now. :(
