Wanted to wait for season 2 to fix things before writing a review.

Absolutely baffling how a developer can ignore player feedback so consistently and just attempts to "realize" their vision to bring in new players. Even if they enjoyed this mess, they're not gonna stick around for long. So who is really winning here? And more important who exactly asked for this?
Why not try to keep the long time fans of the series happy instead? That shouldn't be too difficult of a concept to understand.

Will change the review if they ever bother making some changes. For now it remains a coinflip machine with pretty animations and barely any nuance previous Tekken titles had.

Didn't play any of the prequels and definitely didn't expect so much love and emotions poured into it.
While it wasn't overwhelming combat wise, the environment, story and music more than made up for that.
It had been a long while since i've actually had teary eyes while playing a game, but this one definitely did it for me.

Definitely a must play imo

Overall a solid addition to the Tekken franchise. With season 4 the game is a lot more enjoyable again. Especially online play works much more stable now.

Vorab schon einmal, das Spiel ist auf jeden Fall einen Blick wert.
Für mich hat den Ausschlag gegeben, dass es eben nicht nur ein stupider shooter ist, sondern zusätzlich noch viel Kreativität (durch die RPG Elemente), Humor, gute Charakter und einen sehr eigenen Grafikstil mitbringt (welcher eventuell nicht jedermanns Sache ist, mir gefällt er aber super).
Die Situationskomik des Spiels lockert jede noch so ernste Situation auf und auch wenn das einem auf den ersten sehr makaber vorkommt freundet man sich doch schnell damit an. Die Storyline ist super und nicht langweilig und sogar Nebenquests bieten Abwechslung.
Was zusätzlich noch interessant ist, ist das Skill-System. Jeder Charakter kann aus 3 Skill-Trees auswählen, wobei jeder einen anderen Spielstil repräsentiert.

Fazit: In meinen Augen ein sehr gutes Spiel, wobei mir der Humor am Besten gefällt. Alles in allem sehr rund ohne große Kritikpunkte und bietet auf jeden Fall sehr, sehr viele Stunden Spielspaß!

Schaut zumindest mal rein wenn ihr Borderlands (2) noch nicht kennt, es lohnt sich.
