A fun game for couch co-op, with properly working multiplayer now!

Just doesn't keep my attention; it's another open-world survival game. Playing with friends also makes it less scary, keep that in mind.

The freedom to complete objectives like Hitman: Blood Money, except it's a zany rogue-like RPG lite with co-op thrown in the mix, offering plenty of replayability. This is the first rogue-like game I've really enjoyed; every game is different thanks to the variety of characters, the flawless level randomization, and the consistently good AI. The game doesn't have all the levels just yet, but what's there right now was definitely worth my $7.50.

A semi-realistic and teamwork-oriented game that's more accessible and smooth than ARMA and less casual, more slow-paced than Battlefield. The community actually uses their microphones and are generally good, non-toxic thanks to servers with good admins. Worth the full price, a no-brainer when it goes on sale.

Fun little game, definitely should get it on sale for $2-3.

The game itself is fantastic and worth playing, but the lack of anti-cheat cripples playing online in public servers. Put simply, Rockstar doesn't do nearly enough to maintain the online and it's shameful that they expect you to pay for Shark Cards when you could literally get free, modded cash in probably a couple hours of changing sessions looking for a nice modder to give you some. They also go after the FiveM mod team, whose goal is to make an independent online (like SA:MP) that could make use of dedicated servers and give loads of customization to what server owners could do with the game, which is extremely scummy. The lobby framework will never be updated either, which is a real shame as well.

Overall, Rockstar won't make Online better in terms of its structure, but will pump out content to pay for that will net them Shark Card sales. It's a real shame, and I'll continue to play, but supporting their business practices is not a good decision. At the very least, don't ever buy those Shark Cards, it's a waste of money and only endorsing their practices.

Buying this as a new player because it was "the best Worms game," it's just a frustrating experience with zero explanation how to do anything. Everyone has their nostalgia glasses donned when they talk about how this is the best game in my opinion, because if you didn't have this in your childhood and are picking it up for the first time, it hasn't aged well and gives you a pretty large learning curve and you'll need to look up a lot of stuff online. And I wouldn't recommend playing online with random players, becuase in my experience they were ninja experts swinging around using their ropes and annihalated me immediately.

Overall, if you're new to Worms, I would tell you to skip this title and opt for Worms: Revolution or newer, because you'll have an actual introduction to the game and its mechanics as well as a better interface, visuals, and controls.

Playing on an i5 4460 and GTX 970, only issues here are some drops into the ~40's frame rate in a few specific spots and surprisingly few and very minor bugs from a Bethesda game. Working good for me, and they'll only make it better.

This game manages to turn trench warfare into some really fun and intense gameplay.
