A blast to play, basically the 3rd person version of the original.

For those who didn't play the original, imagine starship troopers if they were waging war against bugs, and also robots/cyborgs, and also (probably at some point soon) blue space alien squid people I think? It was hard to tell in Helldivers 1 graphics.

For those who haven't seen starship troopers, go watch that. It's satire.

If you don't know what satire is, look it up. Although it's not necessary to enjoy starship troopers, or either helldivers games, I guess.

Also, the community, and developers are both pretty active and passionate about the game.

If its going to be another 28 years, please let me know now so I can start eating salad to have a chance at living that long... I have a lifetime of eating pizza and feeling sad while repressing Streets of Rage 3 to undo.

Promising start, but it feels like they just held off on delivering the full game to allow them to release it in bits and pieces whenever they want to generate some extra cash.
Think I'll call it a life lesson and just go back to playing the games I have paid for that I actually have all of.
