If this had been created by a big name publisher it would easily have thousands on every hour, however poor publicity keeps numbers low, which is the main reason new players dont come in. In truth its a great game that you you actualy feel acomplished after playing because there are no easy breaks. Everything you do you do by teamwork with the other crewmembers and with other captains and while most people fear that trolls or noobs destroy the game its almost magicly free of those issues. However if you deside to get the game it is most assuridly more fun with friends or people you know so people can work more on mastering their role than simply filling it, so invite your friends and get fighting!

Pros:
Amazing Gameplay

Very Fair and balanced, you make your ship and it sails or sinks based on your actions

Fast or slow paced depending on how you want to play

Truly team based, you truly feel a part of a team not a bunch of individuals running around

Great graphics and artwork while not being very system intense (I use integrated graphics on my laptop and it still looks great)

Cons:

Not a large community, you will probably play with the same people every once in a while

Not a huge learning curve but tactics require some time to develop

Good base game, lots and lots of mods, good community. Honestly a great game to spend hours relentlessly being shot.
