About being a pally you can also multi class into cleric and you get unique dialog options for being a pally devoted to a god so for a drow you can be a loth sworn pally who actually knows her creed

Be careful, you might get banned for a day on Cyberpunk's community hub forums because I did for saying "Yes they sure do because these morons WILL pay this much for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken ass game...". The mods marked as an 'insult'.
