If I could give negative stars I would. this entire review refers to their companies customer support and their game Dungeons and Dragons online.

While this game is pretty okay, It still has game breaking bugs after like 15 years of development. One of the primary attacks of my class (monk) does not function at all. When I attempted to contact support agents to help me, they responded with nothing but copy paste useless replies, after I spammed pleading for help. (8 tickets to be exact) They just banned me. I have been playing this game off and on for years and have invested probably over a thousand dollars only to experience a game breaking bug, report it through the proper channels (doing the dev's job) then asking for help to get it resolved and being banned.

Do not give this company money!

Do not play this game unless you want to possibly someday have your entire character be broken due to bugs, with no help whatsoever and if you attempt to get some you get banned.

I hope I saved you from years of time commitment that belongs in a garbage can.

Great dungeon crawler and character builder. High difficulty if you play the harder modes.
