Bought the game purely for the traps & really enjoyed it, takes a while to get it right, but with patience comes a lot of reward. Has a lot of potential & hoping there will be plenty of future expanses with new traps & devices

Have not played very long, but the longer you play the more you learn about new & interesting ways to play this RTS game.

Graphics is good & seems to scale well between higher end & medium end machines. (I have 1060 Max Q mobile GPU & play on 60 FPS on medium)

Gameplay is a little different as compared to other RTS games your units have limited field of view just as normal humans have, and you have to point them in the right direction, they can turn themselves, but running enemies can caught you off guard.

Game has a infrared mode which helps you see hidden targets approaching your units

Nice balance between base building/defenses and hunting zombies with variety of guns & different teams, lots of different monster types.

Developers is friendly, professional and very interactive with fast response time.

Fallen Empires is a very fun to play RTS that has both Single player & Multiplayer support.

Has a variety of units & a bomb to assist you in fighting enemy units.

This game is a Hardcore RTS Defense game, not for casual RTS fans, but a lot of fun when you finally get it working.

Pros:
• Good graphics that also scale well on low end laptops

• Lots of adrenaline rush & fun as you build defenses

• Plenty of upgradable & interesting defenses, stats & buildings

• In Campaign you can play with Hero on single hack & slash missions for base building upgrades

• Survival + Campaign mode, with many sub types of play
• Many many hours of fun


Cons:
• Not for casual RTS gamers, Hardcore

• Brutal for new beginners with high learning curve

• One slip of a zombie and it will infect your whole base with small chance of survival

• Difficulty settings does not scale well to lower levels

• Have to build a lot of tents to complete missions which can get boring after a while

• Not a lot of space to build all the required buildings & it will hinder movement when moving troops to defend big invasions from different directions.

Game had some crashing issues, but after quick fix from developers you can save/load your progress without any issues. Have only played tutorial & game seems very nice so far.

The game is very nice if you are willing to put up with non 16x9 ratios.
Also Don't expect any support from the developers they are nowhere to be found.

Pros:
gameplay is simple, yet fun & addictive
graphics is ok
low requirements - can run on any machine
You have a dog that helps a lot

Cons:
PAY to win $$$
No way to exit game - uses Alt+F4
Developers NOWHERE to be found in the forums
Lot of grinding and dying

Graphics is very good & music fits well with the atmosphere

Good balance between tower defence, base building and saving humans

Developers responds fast on the forums

Game is a bit short - hopefully they will add more levels

An RTS game with good depth to it - not just another Steam game made by just throwing together a couple of ideas.

Well balanced price for the content and fun especially for the more classic type of RTS single player made by a one man team.

Content a bit low for the price asked
