Look guys what Alleman said is exactly right - the situation is not good. Every few months something this happens - there is an argument, people leave and every single time it has been because of authority and the hierachy within the clan .



Now I say we don't push this under the carpet and let it happen again and again and again.



Let's start talking about how to improve the clan so this does not happen anymore -that means restructuring the system so that people have more say in the way things happen. All the time people are told to stop complaining or they can leave the clan - well this just doesn't solve anything, are people serving the clan or is the clan serving the people??

Im very sorry to see you leave beth, you have been a good friend to me, even if you can be moody at times :P



I understand why you have taken your decision and hope all involved parties take a step back and reflect. There were errors of judgement made which i hope can be avoided in future through experience.
