Being a huge fan of the original and seeing Bloober Team be involved, I admit I was worried they were gonna screw this classic up. But I'm glad to have been mistaken.

It's not perfect and some things are a downgrade over the original, but some are vastly improved. Still have tons of dread going into the dark places of Silent Hill, and the acting is overall much better, particularly Eddie's moment in the labyrinth.

Absolutely worth your time if you loved the original.

I'm only halfway (I think?) through the game, and I absolutely adore it. Snarky humor and charm litters the dialog and world, on top of an engaging battle system, particularly with the spellbooks, and all tied up together with a story where characters have believable reactions to events, along with a heartwrenching twist.

I've been playing this every night for a few days, and I can't get enough of it. Can't wait to see the ending. ♥

Absolute blast to play! The World Tour is super fun, I couldn't put it down. The story's nothing to write home about, but plenty of references and charm for old school Capcom fans.

The Battle Hub is a great way to have an online lobby as well, can see what people are doing, and even just play some emulators if you need a break from all the Kens and Cammies.

Modern controls make it very accessible as well. You have less overall options than classic style, but inputs are simplified so you can compete no matter your skill level. This is a top game of the year for me so far!

MUCH better than the console releases running at 60 fps, so the game feels a little easier to control.

Undertale is an interesting beast of a game. Drawing on player emotion and having an interesting method of avoiding attacks, this game had a solid grip on me to see the game through to all of its endings, with buckets of tears and laughs on the way.

Don't miss this game. It's a nice little experience given the mediocrity of gaming lately.
