Well, it is a dope. But it's safer than any dope in use these days.

Based on the legends of Vikings and Norse Gods, Northgard not just fascinate players with diverse ways to win the game based on northern myths such as Hellheim and legendary "Tree of the Worlds" but also its casual but in depth gameplay mechanism that reminds me many good ol' RTS games such as Age of Empires series and Settler series.

This world of northgard is beautiful but challenging featuring harsh winter mechanism, loaming enemies ready to kill every one of your beloved tribe members and other tribes trying to steal your fame. Overcome the challenges and be the most feared or worshipped warrior who rightfully earns a sit in Valhalla!

The game tried to be historically accurate whilest not making it too complicated.

But I see many typos. The UI also need to be polished further more. Management system should be more in depth. These are the reasons why i'm not recommending the game now. If these are fixed, I'll definitely change my review.

It is a great history 'stuff' but not a great game.

Fellow socialists, comrades, just wait a bit more for the game to be polished. Don't be lured by capitalist pigs and buy it now.

Still in BETA stage, but already selling items and season-pass. Bought deluxe edition and now game is going f2p and season pass not included in deluxe edition.

Bought this game to see some beautiful scenery without climbing an actual mountain.

Kinda worth it.

Vast and beautiful galaxy, much to explore. Diverse species to be uplifted, befriended or become your rival.
Will you become a part of peaceful aliance that eventually grows into a federation that stands for the cultural diversity?
Or will your people be able to build an ever-expanding galactic empire of tyranny? Maybe they would simply perish.

For space-lovers and 4X or grand strategy game lovers, I here by tell you this is our holy grail.

Complex gameplay but tutorial is not user friendly.

soundtrack and headbanging character portraits make your mind numb like a cyber dope.

True face of war you shall see. Just let your tear flow. 'cause this game isn't some fairy tale with happy ending.
