Although it's still in alpha, it gets a lot of love from the devs and community.
It's moddable and has proper multiplayer.
The game has a lot of various building blocks and elements, with what you can create your own dream fortress.
It also hosts a multitude of weapons and traplike constructions to fend against the hissingly screetching undead.
The biggest con for me is the lack of endgame elements and it's still haunted by various bugs.
