The game is going through a revamp and growing pains but it's quite unique. Worth looking into and most likely trying.

Fun game.

Only issue is Avast falsely detecting a virus in the.exe which translates into a write disc error on steam, In the forums I saw the dev explain they were in touch with Avast about it.

The game is obviously based on the megaman battle network battle system, however it seems it's aimed at people who speedrun those and find it too easy. The spell have tactical and strategic depth I would expect from a turn-based game but at breakneck speed, between dodging and aiming my easy weapon, I might as well button mash and hope spells do something.

Just asked for a refund. Terribly optimised port that will not run full speed on a 2019 pc without a dedicated graphics card. It would probably run well on any "decent" PC but nobody should worry about running GBA games on a laptop that can run windows 10.

Also, on an XBox controller the controls default to shoot on A and jump on B and there doesn't seem to be any ways to change them to X and A (think classic Megaman X controls on Snes/Playstation). Obviously, since the game ran slow I didn't dig too deep, but I didn't see control options in the launcher while the one in game are limited to the buttons already in use since it's emulation.

I was really starting to love the game but the Snow/Ice level changed all that.

First, my computer is a potato, I'll admit that, but the snow effect coupled with all the enemies made my framerate drop like crazy, I'm talking between 10 and 2 fps. My computer is a potato because I enjoy retro-style games that require little power, and I buy retro-style-games because they can run on my potato... This is very dissapointing.

I managed to kill the problematic enemies and continue my game but then I found a game breaking glitch. When using a teleporter, if the character isn't locked in the middle of it, the player loses all control (not even able to open the menu) and waiting for the destroyer doesn't even fix it as they just hover on top of the character. My guess is that the character gets locked in the teleporter by removing all control from the player for an instant. There is ice physics on the teleporter, meanning you activate the teleporter, lose all control, the character slides off the teleporter, game soft locks.

I wish the dev would make a quick patch (or someone would make a fan pach) because this game had a lot of potential.

Needs a stronger computer than it should for a board game adaptation. As of early november 2018 it is missing a lot of content. Animations are long and tedious, making the game longer than it should. Other players lowering your ressources isn't well telegraphed (I'm not even sure it's telegraphed at all). Online matches are prone to bugs and reconnecting to a game is a coin toss.

Asmodee shouldn't work with this team again and said team should develop something else than online boardgames.

Great game but multiplayer is unstable or simply doesn't work on some computer (without any apparent reasons). Don't buy the double pack. Local co-op is probably fine, but it only recognise xbox controllers. (I use joy to key to map my keyboard to a generic controller, but it won't let people program two-players on a single keyboard.)
