You don't win a girl over by having a huge list of anime. You win her over by asking her favorite anime, and then impressing her by correcting her on every single lore issue she makes a mistake on. After that they like to play hard to get, with some form of "Oh I just think we're into different things, but thank you for the marriage proposal."
