The depth on this game has layers on layers... add mods, and it's layers on layers on layers. The core experience is cool, but it can get frustrating quickly until you get enough of the game mechanics under your belt. I'm still learning, but I'm generally impressed with everything from the level of granularity in the tactical battles to the sheer number of unique mechanics on the strategy map across factions.

Pretty interesting game, and definitely very well done with only 3 devs!

Keep in mind, I only played skirmish mode-- it sounds like campaign has been the main thrust.

Main points of feedback:
1) I found it very difficult to find/manage units and buildings, the hotkey functionality seemed pretty quirky.
2) The battlefield is very expansive, having some sort of visual hints when an enemy force is sighted could be helpful (even if that's only available with a 'sentry' or some such mechanic)
3) Maybe there's an option to increase game speed? Pacing felt very slow.

All told, definitely entertaining for a short while, and I'll give the campaign a try as well.
