My group had a huge base with a lot of supplies. We were doing really good... until our cooking expert forgot to turn off the oven.

I didn't think tanks could fly but this game proved me wrong.

ending made me cry then laugh then cry again then laugh again.

UPDATE: After 60 hours, level 127, and not leaving the van EVER (besides setting up cameras and other stuff within the house at the start of the round) I have suffered my first death ever in the game. It was caused by one of my friends triggering a hunt with the new tarot cards. The ghost spawned right next to me. I stood no chance. I still had fun. 10/10.

I'm one of those people who love to keep friendly AIs alive till the end of the level (to the point where I revert to checkpoint if one dies). This game made me regret that.

Great game to play with a buddy. Combat is pretty good but clearly not the main focus. Level design is the best aspect of this game imo. Also, inventory management is not that good but you can work around it just fine.
It is worth noting that I played through the game exclusively with a friend, so I can't comment on the singleplayer experience.

Cooperative play has some technical/design limitations to keep in mind:
- Connecting to another player is weird. It works, but it's janky to say the least. Sometimes you feel like it's not working, but it is, it's just taking a bit longer than usual. You'll see what I mean if you try it.
- You can't be in the game's hub town with your friend. This means that once you decide to return there you'll have to part ways with your friend (the game automatically disconnects you if any of you enters the town), do whatever you need to do inside the town and meet each other outside again.
- It is imperative that you don't play by yourself if you want to play through the whole game with your buddy. If you are even ONE boss ahead of the other player, you won't be able to play together.
- Sadly, you won't see your friends character as your companion. He will represent one of the various AI companions in the game. It will be the same on his screen (you will be the AI companion instead). This is a pretty minor issue but I don't understand the design choice behind it.

Coop feels like it was an afterthought during development, so they didn't have much time to finish it properly. It's definitely playable and enjoyable, but it's really obvious that it's not as fleshed out as the rest of the game.

Grab a friend and get it if it's on sale.

PS: You can go out of bounds if you abuse the parkour system enough. Coop jumps (One player assists the other to reach a ledge that wouldn't be able to be reached solo) feel like they were placed automatically by the game, not manually by a developer. This means that there's gonna be heaps of pointless coop jumps. It's great fun though, it makes the game 300% more fun if you're doing it with a friend.

Can't even play it with some friends, way too many connection problems.
