You have several options here, you can work on your reflexes, crank that toaster up to the MAX and when the toast are done they should fly up high into the air, that's when you need to grab them and make them instantly, fresh toasts are key here. Or you can turn your toaster to the side so they fly out on your plate when they are ready, if if you are really serious about toasting your toasts to a toastier degree you must invest in a transparent toaster™
