Only played for a few hours but really enjoying the game. Only thing I dislike is the shield users (filthy rats) and since there's no mmr (at least I'm assuming), I often go against lvl 300 players. But I can also understand not adding one, since queue time would probably suffer then.

Highly recommend it regardless!

Just buy it.

I enjoy the game overall but playing as a monster just isn't as fun as teen to me. And most of the players feel exactly the same. However, due to horrible queue times, I have no choice but to play the less fun side if I don't want to sit in queue all day. If you do decide to play teen, the game rarely finds a monster that's around your MMR, because there aren't that many monster players around.

For example, let's say you finally got a match as a teen. You were sitting in queue for over 15 minutes. You're new, your teammates are new, yet the game decided to throw you near max level monster and they show you zero mercy and end the game in 3 minutes. Aaaand back to the queue you go. Doesn't sound very fun, does it?

Oh and the opposite absolutely happens as well; baby monsters regularly play against experienced teens as well.

UPDATE: After watching the player base drop down drastically these past few months and with the devs refusing to make any significant changes to monster (only some minor tweaks and even they take forever), I honestly don't have much hope for this game anymore and have to change my rating and give it a thumb down. It's sad really. I was really hoping this game would would succeed, I even purchased the founders pack on day 1.

While I'm not saying it's impossible to save the game, at this point it feels like a miracle is needed.

UPDATE2: So their latest annoucement basically confirmed that they're done with the game. gg.

This expansion broke me.

This messed me up. I don't remember when was the last time I've played a game this depressing.

It's pretty good.
