Blackfaun is too early for access. It looks like it will eventually be a decent rogue like. As it stands now, it is overly unclear what is happening (why am I picking up different colored hearts?, what does a candle do?, etc) and it has some game breaking bugs. Example: After stage one my weapon dissapears and I get spammed with error messages. This is not a one time occurance. It happens every time.

I look forward to changing my review when some of the major issues get resolved.

Very cool game, but it crashed multiple times far into the game. I will gladly change my review when if it gets fixed. For now I suggest avoiding until patched.

Great little game for those who like a challenge and dont mind dying many times to achieve victory. Fun theme and characters with good presentation and controls. While the levels are similar and the only mechanic being dodge bats, blades and spinning... extended... arrow thingys, there is 3 different level types to keep it interesting. The scaling difficutly is very well balanced ending on a super challenging boss battle.

You have to collect 25 green... things to unlock the portal to the next level. As you collect more, the level gets harder by spawning more bats, spinning blades, etc. When you die, you start over but half of your collection from the previous level spawns as a tombstone in a random location on the map. This adds a ton of great risk/reward strategy to the game.

Very cool game worth the price of addmission. GG!

Really good idea with some weak execution in certain areas. The overall design and simple mechanics are very good. Great levels with inteligently designed puzzles. The complexity scales at a good rate and the levels stay at a small scale which never feels overwhelming.

Where this game falters is the presentation and controls. The overall art is bland and overly contrasting. 100% brightly saturated colors can be annoying to look at for extended periods of time. The game has no control options or audio settings. The camera is the worst part of the game. No free rotate and it snaps to flat horizontal or vertical.

Despite the painful flaws, Fake Colours is good enough for puzzle fans to give it a shot.

Super simple infinite runner with a unique random character twist. Worth checking out. GG

Very solid Mohjong game with some unique collection and exploration mechanics mixed in. While its free to play, the micro transactions dont feel too forced.

I never thought cleaning could be so fun! Props to the developers for figuring out how to make a compelling and entertaining cleaning experience. The visual storytelling in each room is executed incredibly well. The letters to Santa in his office are hilarious. The water bucket and fireplace mechanics were a lot of fun to figure out. Its crazy, but once you figure out a strategy, it gets good. Worth picking up if your looking for a unique gaming experience or need a trolly Christmas gift for a friend. :)

This might be the most polarizing game experience of my life...

On one hand, The Witness is both beautiful and brilliant from an artistic and design sense. The lighting, materials and rendering are pure eye candy. The entire island integrates perfectly to form a continuous chain of incredibly intelligent puzzles.

On the other hand, The Witness is also one of the most boring, poorly paced and non sensical games I have ever played. The story is told through audio logs which have no consitant theme and are mostly told out of context. While the rendering is great, the envirronment itself is bland comprised mostly of generic trees, rocks, cave walls, brick walls, wood planks, etc. Almost nothing has character in this world. The vast majority of the puzzles consist of standing in front of a grid and drawing lines to separate different icons. This gets very old and repetitive.

Regardless of the low entertainment value, I have to reccomend this game beacuse it is just too inteligently designed to pass up. There are a lot of great ideas here. Everyone should witness at least the first few hours of brilliance before the repetitive bordem sets in.

A random, fast paced, fantasy based, FPS rogue like with beautiful art, solid level design and satsfying combat... Ziggurat, where have you been all my life?

Sweezy Gunner is one of the best twin stick shooters of all time. Great variety of upgrades, enemies, environments and weapons. The Zelda light, dungeon crawler, level design and shops combine to create a truly unique experience in this genre. While the art and audio presentation is somewhat lacking, the fantastic gameplay more than makes up for any shortcomings. This is an absolute must have for fans of the twin stick shooter genre. GG!
