I like it and would reccomend it but bloody hell can it be hard work at times.
Pros
- When set up properly, works like a charm.
- Nice quality build (I was expecting something a lot "cheaper" after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised).
- Quick delivery (although the delivery itself adds another £7 for UK customers).
- The batteries supplied are eternal.
- Plenty of pre-existing controller configs. To the folk that spent their time mapping these out, I salute you.
- The ability to play standard "Keyboard and Mouse" games from the sofa, using a controller, is not to be underestimated. And it works! Even for strategy games.

Cons
- Requires Big Picture Mode to work properly as, as far as I know, BPM is the only way to configure your controller in game.
- Hit and miss in terms of which games need setting up. Some work perfectly first time, others require tweaking and some just plain don't work. Bizzarely, CS:GO and L4D2 (the games supplied with the Steam Controller in the sale, made by Valve and with a config specifically for them... SET UP BY VALVE) do not work with the controller. If someone has a quick fix, leave a comment and I'd be happy to try. It can be as frustrating as threading a needle whilst wearing boxing gloves but, as said previously, when you do get it right, it's glorious.

Overall, definitely worth getting and I imagine some of the problems I've highlighted will be fixed in the coming year.
