Yeah, it's a little buggy right now... seeing as it just came out a few days ago and is still in early access. It is not unplayable by any means and I don't doubt that the developers will iron out the bugs in ASA just as they did in ASE. What we have so far is already very promising. The plants look fantastic. The new character creator, easy/medium/hard modes, incorporation of wild baby animals, ability to pick up built structures, consolidation of similar engrams together, etc. are all great changes. For people who played ASE first, like I did, the map is overall the same but a lot of the little details have changed. It's like being in a familiar map and being able to explore a new one simultaneously. I look forward to seeing what else has been updated that I haven't found yet.
