Boring Cash grab copy pasta nonsense frontiers was way better avoid this game.

Everything feels the same. I get this game is about the combat but even that feels the same. Every melee unit feels the same. Every ranged unit feels the same with a few exceptions like banshees. The mythic units feel different but you get those so late in the game by the time you have those 90% of the game is done. And the city building definitely feels the same, as this game is centered around its combat. Win conditions for this game also feel the same.

I wanted to like this game even went and bought the expansions and meh, it felt like a waste of money. I don't know how this game is considered a 4x game.

My issues
-Magic Victory, Expansion Victory, Military Victories are basically the same victory type in practice.
-No matter the army type your battles stay the same.
-All of your champions you recruit are just copies of each other no matter your faction or alliance everyone will generally have the same moves.
-Everyone has the same moves though they added dragons and eldritch beings as playable rulers how ever they are not attainable outside of pantheon quests.
-Alignment System doesn't affect much.
-City Building is way to weak for a 4x game.
-Combat is way to streamlined for a 4x game.
-Games combat classes are too simple for a 4x game.
-Games damage types are too simple for a 4x game.
-No spells that directly affect enemy city building without going to war.
-Vassal Management doesn't exist when not at war.
-Even at War Vassal management is pressing a tab and selecting where one squad will go every 12 turns.
-Tome system is garbage (this is a big drop here alignment should affect the tomes you get and vice versa)
-Talent tree system is garbage (another big drop where the alignment system should affect this but it doesn't)
-Custom Faction customization is about as detailed as warcraft 3 race select.
-Over world spells are too ineffectual or just copies not enough spells that add status effects or change the field. (Terrain changing spells are good but too limiting and outside of gloom veil they don't do much and definitely not enough of them)
-Poison, Decaying, Bleeding, Burning, Electrified are the same status effect.


Maybe mods can save this or 10 years of expansions but for now this isn't a game Ill be spending much of my time on.

Edit : As the patches continue the game is improving the expansions are indeed improving the game.

Best sonic game ever made, sound track is amazing game play is amazing world is amazing 12/10 good job sega.

It is a good game, it is fun graphics are nice its very nice you get to hear all the music from the previous games. And i think any fighting game player can pick this up and enjoy it too. However if your coming to Tekken 8 because you've been playing the franchise over the years this is not a sequel to this franchise, it is more of successor of Soul Calibur 6 then it is of any Tekken game.

It's best to consider this game Soul Caliber 7.

10 to 1 bot to player ratio, even most of the reviews are bots every zone your out numbered 10 to 1 by bots, level 1 echo dungeon never queue with 250k+ folks online because 230k of them are bots. Avoid this game. Avoid the bots.

If your willing to turn half your deck into hand traps this game is for you.

It's a good game but frame rate issue's and invisible enemies make the game unplayable. I wouldn't recommend buying this until bugs are fixed i won't be refunding because i do know the game will eventually become playable but if you want something to play now you should wait.

This game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks don't buy it wish i could refund it.
