They had a great game and a solid franchise and pissed it away with this dumpster fire. I have yet to figure out how they could possibly over complicate something so simple with clunky navigation and ships so over-specialized that even coming up against a different type in its OWN class is a losing fight. Another classic example of 'put more flashy stuff in it so they don't think of how poorly the gameplay was thought out' by a company that tried to reinvent the wheel for the sake of being -new and improved-

I'm sorry i spent money on it.

Beautifully done, gameplay is solid, soft learning curve and well thought out.
