The fact that around 80% of this game is impossible to play without first completing a gruelling hardcore race that needs a professional player of racing games to complete is complete rubbish.

Play this only if you want to drive an vintage racing car over a boring lap for several hours straight while you try to frustratingly complete a mission just so you could access the rest of the game content. Oh and the mission comes fairly early, we are not talking about endgame content here that is supposed to be difficult. No option to skip, no option to play mafia, just the old racetrack over and over again for hours at a time. For some reason in order to play a game about gangsters, guns and fighting you need to be a professional Colin Mcray player as well.
