OK folks I don't give a game a review that often so bear with this old man's ramblings. I have been playing this game for a little over 3 years. Not only that, but I also run my own server. The game has been in Alpha for what seems like ages. That being said I have enjoyed the game very much with 1200 hours on record as of this post. The game is far from perfect but, if you enjoy the grind of survival games and hanging out with friends while endless hordes of zombies attack what you have built, I would give it a try! It is not Minecraft (no floating blocks here). If your looking for a pretty game go play RDR2. Thank you Fun Pimps and keep up the good fight!

This might be a bit late but I felt like I should share. This game is almost 9 years old (the original) and I find myself reinstalling it again and again. Just to continue exploring this vast world. Just this last week I discovered two new dungeons and revisited one I had not seen since my first playthrough. This game has a ton of life left and if you have never played it before it is something I very much recommend you do before life unplugs your computer. On that same note, mods for this game extend and enhance the gameplay like you would not believe. That being said start small and install one at a time. DO NOT USE BETHESDA MODS! Bethesda, please stop trying to monetize everything. You are not EA. That being said, free mods can be found when searching google or on the nexus, my favorite place to go (no they don’t pay me).

Now to be fair I received this game for “free”. By that I mean I paid for the original gold edition and was upgraded to special edition for free. Also because this is a Bethesda game you can expect the usual buggieness that they have become known for. The quests, world and character of the game more than make up for the bugs that pop up from time to time.

My review cannot do the game justice but I hope it helps you all my fellow gamers. With that GL HF, and remember:

Going to keep it Simple. If you enjoy games like Banished, and Planet Base you will love this game. They do many things right, building is a breeze, as is NPC management. Only thing to work on for me is Animal husbandry which can get a little quirky. Grab this game and support this developer!

Played this game off and on over the last decade and had to purchase on steam when it became available. I love it to pieces. If you like Warhammer Lore, strategy games from the 2000's its a fun game.

Very much the spiritual successor to Total Annihilation, for those of you old enough to remember it. Love the game especially now that most computers are powerful enough to handle this game. That being said that was one of the failings of this game early in its life. It was just so demanding on the CPU and RAM. If you don't have at least computer that is 5 years or younger and 8GB of RAM don't bother it will lag badly!!! Otherwise this game is so much fun. The ability to use two monitors to manage your forces in an RTS is still a first and only that I know of. The projectiles all exist in real space and interact with units, IE if your unit walks in front of a shot it will take the damage. Even with its age it is one of my all time favorites and as such bought a new copy on steam when it became available. Great for a LAN party(make sure you have at least an hour to dedicate to the game) or just to kill some time with single player.

Love the game to death. A great way to unwind and keep the brain sharp! Can be a bit challenging at first but there are tons of how to's and what not.

This game has been a great buy! It's fairly simple to play (once you figure out the UI(See youtube for a guide!)), and once fully completed, I am sure will be one of those great games people break out when they are in need of a chill out game. A great soother for Assassin's creed woes! The Game blends city building with Minecraft, and an RTS feel. Only problem I have with it currently, seems to be a lack of direction or story line, which I am sure is to come. I recommend this game if you in any shape like city builders and or RTS!!!
