Very much the spiritual successor to Total Annihilation, for those of you old enough to remember it. Love the game especially now that most computers are powerful enough to handle this game. That being said that was one of the failings of this game early in its life. It was just so demanding on the CPU and RAM. If you don't have at least computer that is 5 years or younger and 8GB of RAM don't bother it will lag badly!!! Otherwise this game is so much fun. The ability to use two monitors to manage your forces in an RTS is still a first and only that I know of. The projectiles all exist in real space and interact with units, IE if your unit walks in front of a shot it will take the damage. Even with its age it is one of my all time favorites and as such bought a new copy on steam when it became available. Great for a LAN party(make sure you have at least an hour to dedicate to the game) or just to kill some time with single player.
