As said already in many reviews the first have of the game is far better in quality compared to the latter. I personally would never like to go back to the Tomb of Giants or Lost Izalith. There are just so many instances of fake difficulty created just to stall annoy and waste time e.g. cartwheel skeletons after the Catacombs bonfire. That’s instead of creating bosses with varied and interesting move sets, unlike simple gimmicky fights like Seath, Nito and The Bed of Chaos. I just can’t believe that some people put this game higher than DS3, for what, just being the first? Don’t think that I will be returning to this game again.

This game is so engaging, fun and frustrating at the same tame. It makes you fail, learn on your mistakes and comeback again and again. I'm in love with the the combat system, visual and overal style of it, it's beautiful 10/10. Possibly the best game I ever played. (Beat it to 100%, worth every minute)

This games is awesome and a must have for platformer fans, it really takes you back to Mario (especially Mario World) and all that good stuff. The gameplay is terrific, an excellent combat system, fun challenges and hidden secrets in a vast and diverse world, will keep you playing the game long after it's bitten.
