What a blast of a game. It moves at an incredibly fast paced breakneck speed and is without a doubt a sensory overload unlike anything I've seen in games in a long time. But man, when you get into the zone and just start crushing floors of bots and your kills are on point you feel unstoppable. Very excited to keep coming back to this for the different difficulties and maybe even some speed running.

Also really appreciate all the different difficulties for accessibility, even if it's not how the game is ideally designed to be played. It very much allows anyone to jump in and see what the game's all about.

This game is amazing and ticks all the right boxes for me. I'm a casual poker enjoyer, but you don't need to be a poker player to get into this -- the game is very much it's own thing. There's always a one-click option to see a list of poker hands you can play to help guide you along until you get the swing of things.

It offers a super chill vibe with great music and a very understated artstyle. While I've had a few brutal RNG moments that abruptly ended my run, all the dopamine hits I had along the way watching the chip multipliers rack up into absurd numbers had me immediately hitting "New Run" while the Game Over screen taunted me.

Alongside the standard poker hands, you'll be opening booster packs to increase your deck -- not just the "normal" playing cards, but tarot, planet, and jokers. All of these impact and change the game in some way.

If you're a fan of deckbuilders and/or roguelites, or just want the rush of opening virtual packs of cards for that one holographic Joker to boost your score exponentially, there's something to enjoy here.

I shill for this game whenever I can. It's incredibly cheap, fun, challenging at times, and offers some nice nostalgic vibes with catchy music and snappy platforming. It takes me back to summers in the mid/late-90s renting random platformers from Blockbuster.

My only complaint is World 4. I hate that area so much and the music from those stages triggers minor PTSD.
