The game is really fun when everything goes smoothly... which is about never if you try to compete in ranked games.

Latest example: I log off after a match where i had a bit of lag... restart the router, usual stuff... get back in the game and the first thing i see is a message that tells me i'm suspended for leaving a game... that i never even queued up for... ok... it let's me reconnect, i do, and my gear is messed up, wrong skins loaded. We lose 'cause i reconnect at pretty much the end of the game and now i'm waiting for the punishment to run it's course for something i never even did... Devs can't be bothered to do anything else than adding new skins to get your dollars.

I used to play this game when it first came out but i was so creeped out by the first underground section that i never got to really enjoy the atmosphere of it. I got back to it now and what can i say, it's wonderful. I finished it for the first time blindly tonight and now i'm downloading Clear Sky, can't wait for it to finish. The only thing i really hate about the title is that you can't fix equipment if not until way later in the game but it's a problem that only the first one has. If you like atmospheric games this one is a must play.

Been away for some months. Got back into competitive. from DMG to Gold Nova 1. Now i get rekt even there. Spent every night ever since remembering the good ol' times while crying and sippin' on cheapest booze possible, never daring to play again.

One of the best Action RPGs out there, with a really well made combat system and an incredible immersion and depth, tons of enemies to fight and a lot of customizable equipment. Totally well spent money.
