It seems just be the starting area that had issues. I haven't experienced anything but an occasional stutter. 40+ hours in now and the game is fantastic.

Cannot recommend the game in the state its in if you are looking to try this in VR. Im running a GTX 1080 2050hmz and i7-7700k 5ghz currently getting 40-60fps in VR at the lowest settings. Very choppy, even for people with top shelf hardware. Wait for a patch. This one will need time.

Beware, this game crashes to desktop frequently. It's a widespread issue with this game on the PC. Sometimes even results in BSOD. Tried many fixes to no avail. A lot of people power through the crashes and continue to play the game, it is pretty damn good, I just can't recommend it in its current state. If they end up patching the hell out of it, I will come back in a heart beat. If you do go through with this purchase just pray that you don't start running into crashes past the refund policy..

20 Hours in and I aboslutely love this game. I play with an Open NAT connection and have experienced no connection issues what so ever. I'm upset to hear some other people are having a rough time with this game, but if you tweak some settings for your router, or connect directly through ethernet, then you shouldn't have any issues. The game is really polished. The gameplay goes fay beyond just blocking and slashing. Each character is a completly different experience and takes time and patience to master. The duels that take place in this game are some the most intense in depth combat I have experienced. I love every second of it and it's very rewarding. The campaign is solid, I really can't complain. It's good practice for online, and a pretty fun way to kill time. Love all the multiplay game modes, it's a perfect amount of variety. Don't listen to people complaining about 2v1 or 3v1 in dominion. You can fend off multiple openents easily until another team member is there to back you up. It's what makes the game interesting. No, it is not pay to win, you can earn everything in the game quickly, gear is random, even if you pay for it, and you can unlock the same gear just from playing the game. Just do your dailys (a lot of fun) and play the game, and you'll have everything unlocked a lot faster than you think. I absolutely recommend this game. I think those people who read the negative reviews about P2P servers sucking (once again I haven't had any issues) and completly avoid this game are really missing out on an amazing gaming experience that you can't get anywhere else. It's worth every penny.

After a long wait, the game seems to be fixed. I have a smooth 60 FPS and haven't experienced any crashes of glitches. For those of you wondering, I am running the game on a gtx 970 and a 4670k processor. More optimization has been added to the game to help out people with average to below average machines. I'm running the game with everything maxed out aside for the special "nvidia settings". I had recently owned the game before and the frames were jumping all over the place and had some pretty rough stuttering effects going on. Back then, I actually set the game to 30 FPS (most people consider this unacceptable) but I jump around from consoles to PC and honestly running the game on 30 FPS wasn't too bad for this title. So if you have a laptop/low-end PC, 30FPS was just fine. The Game itself is what you would expect from this franchise. Batmobile is a really nice touch, and the combat is always getting polished up. The DLC is really great. Now offers new challenges, bat suits, and batmobile skins. 1989 bat suit and batmobile, just awesome. I recommend the game to any batman fans and anyone whose still afraid of this game having problems should strongly consider giving it another chance.
