Deck defenders is a game that scratches all the right itches. Its a CCG. Its a strategy game. It plays fast. There are some clear improvements that could be made to it but for being in early access this game is in a really good state! The biggest problem right now is number of players and that will come with time I believe

This game is difficult but a lot of fun! It takes a couple times of playing to really start to be able to plan ahead. There are a lot of options that you have to take into consideration. Like, do you build automatons that take a ton of resources but allow you to collect resources 24 hours a day? Or do you instead use those resources to try and expand and research new technologies?

Seriously one of the best games I have ever played. A very simple game with very simple mechanics/puzzles that is all about telling a story that will bring tears to your eyes (I will freely admit that this story made me cry).
