For a game Released in 2019 the graphics and game play are so Janky its unreal Not to mention the distinct lack of players partnered with the fact it is multiplayer only its not worth the 20 pound price tag and therefor not worth my Thumbs up Needs A LOT of improvement before i can recommend this game

This is the First Dead Rising title i've compeleted so i have no comparison on storyline/and such to the first 3 but i did play the second one alittle. Now firstly i'd like to say the game is alright core concept is okay you smash zombies loot stuff craft ridiculous items smash more zombies, However and i may be alone in this but i wish there was a New Game+ mode so i could run through the game again and only have to fetch the items im missing i.e Vick's Uploads, Phones and such But also once i've completed the game i would have liked to have the option to have some cheats like unlimited Exo Suit, Ammo Weapon durablity so i could play the game for fun. Aside from the fun aspect of the game its Poorly optimised often crashing after about 2 hours playtime because its used up like all 8gb of my memory, so that could be worked on. On top of this some of the animations need rebalancing and often linger far to long even when maxed out causing bugs or just death. the fact that you cant smash zombies when on the ground is a pet peave if they are either crawling or falling to the ground but there should be a move to smash them while they are down but for the life of me i couldn't find it and 99% of the time just ended up shooting zombies. Overall i give the game a 6/10 its not bad but its not good either its a good laugh if abit short.

This game has SO much Potential to be a GREAT game it is amazing fun already and it literally Bare bones personally i love zipping around the mines as a scout mining, Shooting and scouting its immense fun in a team of 4 friends its a great use of the L4D Team meta i absolutely recommend this game so much i brought it for 2 of my friends so they could play with me its an Early Access title its not 100% bug free (not talking about the bugs you shoot) i've experienced one or two bugs in the 20 hours i've played this game but none of them were game breaking and none of them prevented me from playing, Its playable in Solo in a team or you can join someone elses game/host a game you dont need a super duper computer the graphics work so well i dont find a quality about this game i dont like.(200 hours later its a better game but still lacking that wow factor that makes me want to spend all my time in this game)

After 200+ played time its time i reviewed this title, So where do i begin the first 1-2 days of ark are the same cycle of eat sleep get mauled by EVERY dinosaur in the local area. 3-4 days well you get a grasp of the game start fighting back maybe tame your first dinosaur maybe then you move onto improving your home then you tame more dinos then you upgrade your home then well.. this goes on for AWHILE.

Once you get to metal and you start taming Gigas and Trexes and breeding it all becomes about the end game i myself set my sights on the first boss broodmother so myself and 4 other friends spent a week straight Building rocket launchers, ammo, guns, armour and high level saddles only for the whole lot be nerfed the Day we picked to engage Broodmother. After two weeks of Rex breeding mutation tracking all the whole lot we had 20+ rexes all ready to go so we at this time had already delved intot he caves got the trophies to bust into her lair.

We pyched ourselves up equiped our "sick gear" and had at her 3 seconds into the fight she 1 shots EVERYTHING and wipes out 2 weeks of hard work in 1 go, Now this in itself isn't the cause of this bad review its just one of the problems this game has.

Unachievable goals, the need for i dont know an army of friends before the game becomes even remotely entertaining, lack of bug fixes, Major nerfs to gear, Buffs to dinosaurs, Ridiculous water eels that can stun and destroy a max level Squid with a high level saddle, Offical servers packed with griefers and pvp hordes of 13 year old children just itching to mess you up second you log on. Hackers/Cheaters, "offical host partners Nitrado" offer your own server thats up like 80% of the time even then you have to migrate your server from physical site 2-3 times an update because there servers are so unstable the data becomes more corrupt than the government in some third world country. THEN We get to the real reason. Releasing an expansion pack to an unfinished alpha game BEFORE release of the game to generate cash, releasing the game after alpha for £54.99 when i wouldn't pay more than £10 for it its not ready for release its not optimised its got more bugs in than an ants nest and its the worst balanced game i've seen in a long time im sorry but this game is NOT worth the cash and it certainly isn't worth your time find another game.


TL DR not worth your time your money, buggy, full of cheaters/hackers

Going back After a couple of years. I lasted 51 hours buggy game same issues not resolved f**K this S**T game for good

Great game Good Core engine good edition to the series, But didn't quite beat fallout 3 for me, Fallout 4 features alot of what fallout 3 does but has improved graphics, Improved engine. The list goes on i wont bore you with it all anyway i rate it 8/10 worth a buy but wait for an offer.

On Launch Horrible game Crashes Lag Unstable the lot ... Now? VERY stable no crashes that i can see no lag content updates regularlly good gameplay solid challenge great to play with friends new update that will change everything make the game even better cant wait Worth the price tag
