I love this game concept! It is quite overwhelming and often confusing, but once you get the hang of it there is plenty of depth. There is still some QoL polishing to be done, but I disagree with comments suggesting campaign is a puzzle or that the game lacks strategic depth. Don't get me wrong, I acknowledge the campaign is pretty hardcore, but I found surprisingly different ways to complete them. Also for people having a hard time beating turtled up enemies, have you tried using your spells to hinder their eco/defenses?
I hope the devs get the support they deserve for this and people overcome their initial frustration and leave a positive review.

While I see why people complain this is P2W, I honestly think it is a great design for a card game and see it more as a "Pay to progress faster". What botters me with non "P2W" is that everyone simply uses the same set of decks from the current meta. The progression barrier here prevents this from happening and allows for more diverse metas, since you must prioritize which cards to buy and upgrade. Once you have a plan and learn which battles you should take or resign, this game is a lot of fun!

Such a simple yet fun concept which few managed to make it right.
The core fun to me is discovering new monsters and coming up with new teams strategies, which you can test against other players or on the infinite arena PVE mode. I didn't feel the same thrill during the story, but that's probably because I finished it a long time ago.
At the time, I found it really hard to manage all variables (food, equipment, skills, levels) with very few resources during the run, which made it somewhat frustrating to beat encounters.
Game design wise, there is a big room for improvements. For instance, I don't like the idea of holding all my monsters at the same time, it would be interesting if they could fit the team building aspect also in the exploration part.
If you enjoy min-maxing strategies, this is a game you will pleasantly spend hours finding synergies that snowballs into powerful combos.

Love the flavour of the stages and the awesome options for the yet simple character customizations.
The buildings loadout add an layer of strategy to the mix, essential in single player, kinda neglected in multiplayer, where cooperation is hard to find.
You can sink hours trying to get max rank on each stage, unlocking customizations or even finding all sort of collectibles and easter eggs hidden accross the levels.
I definitely recommend this game, keep up the good work and can't wait to see the upcoming contents!

The game is fun, I like how you can customize your strategy, army and everything to suit your play style, but why a thumbdown? Let me list it for you:

-There is a bug which make the launcher unable to start the game (giving the error code 21004), my solution is finding the process and killing it EVERYTIME I want to play
-The HUD and game interface feel terrible, there is no need for pop-up windows ingame to raise or decrease a unit production, that could be easily attached to the HUD itself. The hotkeys also doesn't help, raising the popup instead of just executing it. Also, cancelling a commander skill is really awkward, instead of just right clicking to cancel, you have to click on a "Cancel Button".
-The menus are confusing, with information sometimes unclear, sometimes unecessary.
-This game also deserves a better font and main screen that matches the brilliant game atmosphere.

I know it's a beta, but those things just kill the experience and make me a little pessimist about the devs.

Age 2 with greater resolution, no compactibility problems and a pretty decent multiplayer, why not? =p
