Helldivers 2 is a great 4 players coop game with a great gameplay, varied loadouts, simple but efficient progression and a great idea on how to manage objectives with community wide missions; but it is also just simply a blast to play.

It is also working a lot into the fantasies of a 80/90's kid with obvious references to Starship Troopers and Terminator.

Aside of being a great game to play, the Studio also should be followed as an example on how to handle a Live Service Game.
- reasonably priced and non required micro transaction.
- Premium currency can be earned by simply playing the game
- "battle pass" equivalent that do not expire and are always available to players to earn.
- Adding new content part of the lore of the game and as results of community driven objectives and not simple as a random update.

Hope that the recent ♥♥♥♥ up with the PSN accounts hurts that game too much as it is a real gem in today's gaming landscape.

An absolute masterpiece!
The game is very focused on what it wants to do and do it extremely well.
If you like automation and building this is the one game for you.

This game is a pure Gem.
From the wonders of discovering the peaceful first zones to the danger and fear of deeper biomes, I enjoyed every second of it.
Excellent atmosphere, immersive sound design, good sense of progression, original wildlife and interesting story; I cannot recommand this game enough
