That OST is totally insane doodz, dont hesitate a second, just buy this game which is so good.

No negative things at all, the 1.0 version will be up in weeks/months and it will finally put an end to the story. So you're free to play as much as you want, and do the main story as well. Waiting for the next patch and I'll just waste my real life playing a video game that deserves to be played a lot.
