generally it is impossible to play this game, without drugs or other such things you cannot stay calm, this game will destroy your dreams, you will lose friends, happiness and all things that are valuable to you. The best option is to just uninstall this game, there are more cheaters than normal players and toxic community can ruin your entire day... btw. overwatch doesn't work since operation update, it's very rare to find normal match.
