I played a bit before the early access launch, in the Prologue, and I can tell you that this is going to be, or at least it deserves to be, a hit. I'm sure early access will have its hiccups like with all games, but the core gameplay is solid, it has a strong and interesting art style, a concept and world that is unique, and most importantly, it's got heart to it.

I enjoyed the game at launch, despite the rocky beginnings, and it's only improved over time. It's a great game for chilling out. Probably much in the way minecraft is.

A game all about making hard decisions. Do I capture that planet and get another fleet, even though it would raise the AI's aggression and move it to mark 2? I dunno. I usually make the wrong decision, but I have fun watching humanity die because of it :3
