Early Access Review
It's hard to compare a game like the original Dungeon Defenders to Dungeon Defenders Awakened. The original Dungeon Defenders had regular DLC releases, which were free, if you were playing at the time of release. Then, we ended up with the Awesome Community Development Team that essentially released a full game's worth of DLCs for years after the original devs moved on to focus on the next project.

So far I've been playing Dungeon Defenders: Awakened and have enjoyed the experience. There are some things that aren't as good, but overall, it's a great successor to the original Dungeon Defenders. Time will tell, if it ends up being anywhere near as good as the original. So far, the road map looks good and the base gameplay is tons of fun. Keep up the good work devs! :-)

P.S. I got the $100 4x copy kickstarter, gave 2 to friends and 1 to a random person on Dungeon Defenders Runs n Giveaways Discord Channel. I got the original for $20 or something like that and have played it for 3k+ hours so far, some additional official content would be great and this definitely fits that bill. Also, it's not a "Free to Play" game that lures you into paying more and more for random outfits, etc.

I played the co-op portion of this game a long time ago with a friend, it was a great experience. Now, I'm going back to play the single-player portion of the game and it's as good as the first portal or better. Can't wait to see the whole single-player storyline. Two Thumbs way up! Make that 4 mechanical robot thumbs way up! :-)

Unlike a lot of free to play games, you can play this game to "completion" and get all the achievements without paying to play. It has plenty of in app purchases with currency purchases, etc. that could eat your lunch. You just don't have to feed into that system to enjoy the game.

This is a fun, short, Star Wars themed VR game. You like the little robots, ever thought, how do those little guys get fixed up? Well, now you'll know!

Updated Review:
This is one of my kiddo's favorite games of all time. It may not have any serious story and feel a bit unfinished, but it has plenty of content to have an ultra fun sandbox experience. There's lots of random mini-quests as well, so there's a bit of stuff to do while your kid goes and jumps off the edge of the world for the umpteenth dozen time in a row.

Old Review:
Fun game, but it's a bit lacking in story / action. Would be lots of fun playing with split-screen with a kid or someone else who also likes playing with Legos. Unfortunately the camera goes wonky sometimes, when you're in corners of a building, etc. Beyond that, the game is a rather nice, Lego Sandbox game.

Ignore everything else, if you like the Fallout series. Just get it. You will not be disappointed. Just use the teleport locomotion. I didn't mod it and did a very good run through. It's awesome.

TLDR:
Stupid good for Fallout fans. Some locomotion issues, but worth it.

(Was going to be a TLDR, I failed.)
2D videos can't tell you what VR is Like. You must experience it to know. It would be like trying to explain the smell of your favorite food to someone who can't smell. This remains one of the biggest games, with the most amount of hours I've put into a VR experience. The clunkyness of the original HTC Vive *which is what I still have* reduces the pure enjoyment of the experience. Yet, it was easy enough to put aside the problems for the 100+ hours I put into playing this game to death for one big long playthrough. It was a blast.

Update:
Seriously, the game is almost worth the price of entry for the limited Vertibird action when you first join the Brotherhood of Steel.

If you Love the Fallout Universe. You Will Love Fallout 4 VR. There's just nothing like being immersed in the universe of games, I've played over two decades.

Ignore the bastard step-child that is Fallout76/FalloutForkOverTheCash and get Fallout 4 VR. It's a very fun game and there's nothing like being in a Fallout Game, ducking for cover, etc. It's super fun!

There are some VR limitations, but I would say they are more than made up for with the experience. Just, you might want to switch to the teleport locomotion, it's much easier to get used to.

Old Review:
I've nearly completed all storylines in Fallout 4 VR. I definitely have my favorite factions and some of the story could be better. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot. There's only one or two annoying achievements that you're not likely to get without going to a walkthrough / guide to finish them. There also seems to be one achievement where I had to change the locomotion to actually get it. I played 99.99% of this game with the teleport locomotion, as opposed to the somewhat disorienting walk while I'm still standing in real life mode. This is a VR game that has a ton of content with a pretty good story. You want to see glimpses of what VR can be, this is the game to get. Highly recommend joining up with Brotherhood of Steel, if only for the Vertibird ride at the start. Lots of fun to be had with this game.

Fusion is awesome, once you've bought the VR games, they are automatically added as "add-ons" in Fusion. Sometimes you just want to chew bubble gum and kick ***, Serious Sam does a Whole Lot of that. Sure, it's lacking in character development, doesn't have much of a story, and definitely shows a bit of age. All of those negatives, just are mere side notes. This is a great Arcade style experience. Hop in, blow away a bunch of bad guys, and have fun. There's no need to put aside a full hour just to get through an intro (Skyrim VR). I played Serious Sam when it first came out, and it was a blast. Serious Sam in VR gives you that fun butt kicking feeling as in the old days.

This is a really fun game, but as a sequal to Sanctum 1 this game really changed things up. I personally, preferred the much more tactical feel of the first Sanctum. This one, you hardly have time to think to place towers in a reasonable fashion, before a wave starts. You're also much more reliant on doing good DPS as opposed to letting the towers do most of the work. I played this with a friend and had quite a fun time. Wish it wasn't quite so fast paced, but it's fun nonetheless. I still recommend this game, but Sanctum 1 was much more what I was thinking of when I thought Tower Defense with FPS. Sanctum 2 is much more like FPS with Tower Defense.

I hadn't really payed attention to the premise, so I was kind of disappointed that I didn't get to hack/n/slash stuff in the coliseum. Other than that, it was a fairly good adventure style game with some interesting puzzles.

Steam Nomination Update: Strategy and Action at it's finest. This is one of my favorite games. It's a VR only title, has good controls, FPS action, maze design, resource management, and nice mechanisms for loading up a new board. So much fun to be had in such a small package. Can someone throw a lot of money at these devs, so we can get a bigger game? :-)

Old Review:
I loved this game the entire time I played. It reminds me a lot of Sanctum, but in VR. Obviously, a little less polished and nowhere near the amount of progression + levels. I'm sad to learn that the devs dropped it, but I'm extremely glad they released it as free, so I could enjoy this wonderful little gem. ++ I Like the Robots much more than the skeletons. I would definitely have bought this game. Even, if all they'd done was add a few more levels. xD
