The game is the classical Korean RNG based game: the goal is to farm and raise the combat power.
Content wise there are instances, group content, pvp content, pve, bosses, many (redundant) other mechanics... there is "a lot" to do, but you must follow strict rules and timings. almost all the PvP is instanced or scheduled and limited to fixed areas. Mass PvP is garbage.

Player trading is strictly moderated (devs say they do this cause of goldseller, meh...), in the auction you can trade a limited assortment of objects with a currency that you can buy in the shop for real cash, and each transaction is taxed. You can't even trade your crafted items (unless you "crit" them) or loot.

All other mechanics are really the condensed concepts of themeparked game with an overly complex combat system with dozens of different undocumented and somethimes mysterious parameters.

Overall i find it a very repetitive product, that requires an everyday effort (cause activity points recharge daily basis and there is a cap for the amount you can stack). Some may love it, but I think that the majority of westerner users will leave in a couple of months. If you want to raid bosses for a (small) chance of higher level drop, you must enter in a guild, learn to play and tryhard gearing accordingly to standard optimal builds until the next expansion that will of course change the meta and force you to start all over again.

I already feel a bit tired, now that I understand the endgame and I'm not sure I want to repeat the same instances with ridiculously low drop rates, so I'm just casually playing.

The pros? Well... it's "free".

Technically the game is fine, some areas are very well made (like the initial town) but others are really boring and less insipred consisting in just fields full of packed mobs with fast respawn rate. Textures and models also are not consistent in quality.
The engine (UE4) works fine but you'll need a powerful CPU to manage large crows of players. My Ryzen 5900X limits the GPU to 60-70% in cities with many players. Maybe a series 7xxx or 9xxx X3D can behave better, not sure.

A final suggestion: if you are not an hardcore player, DO NOT RUSH the game. Take your time, follow the story, do the side quests and watch the cinematics. The lore is not that bad and you can enjoy at least 30-40 hours of decent gaming before entering the demonic endgame loop.
