If you are having issues with flickering of your mirrors and video screens in vehicles, go to your Nvidia control panel in windows (lower right tab on desktop), and turn off 3d maximize to the very last option on the list. This will place the gtx 690 on one GPU and out of sli. Arma 3 is not configured for sli. This will also improve gameplay.
